At Chateau du Sureau our priority is the health and safety of our guests and employees. We are actively making sure our Chateau is as safe as possible to visits. Enhanced cleaning, social distancing, guest and employee screenings, and numerous sanitation stations have been implemented to enhance the safety of your visit.


The hotel continues to monitor the guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and is following all health and safety guidelines provided by the local department of health.

Our rigorous cleaning regimens and protocols have been expanded throughout the property during this unprecedented time. We have implemented an electrostatic cleaner to assist us in sanitizing our entire property. In addition, the frequency of cleaning has been increased.

Sanitizing Stations

We have provided stations with hand sanitizer and sanitizing wipes throughout the entire Chateau.


Team members will wear masks and gloves as required by local department of health guidelines. Complimentary masks are available for guests upon request.


Housekeeping service will be offered in accordance with the local department of health guidelines. Our team is meticulous about sanitizing each room, using an electrostatic cleaner on soft materials and hard surfaces. Your housekeeping preferences can be personalized if you wish to have us not enter your room during your stay. Please share your preferences with a team member


Social distancing will be implemented. Guests will be asked to wear a mask to enter the dining room and anytime when leaving your table.

All dining venues and kitchen areas are following the local department of health guidelines for food safety and kitchen sanitization. All equipment will be cleaned regularly throughout the day.

In room dining will be available upon request.


Guests will be required to follow county and stage guidelines. Mask are required for guests during a treatment. The spa will undergo the same cleaning standards as the hotel. Each surface, and all supplies will be sanitized between treatments.
