Easter time partners with the arrival of Spring when new life is awakening all around us, and beautiful sights and intoxicating scents have our spirits soaring … Nowhere is Natures re-birth more noticeable than in our fertile Central Valley. The season exhibits a variety of fresh new vegetables and produce bursting with flavor, just in time for the Kitchen team to prepare a fabulous Easter Menu for our guests.  The exquisite setting of our restaurant, glorious Spring dishes with tantalizing taste sensations, the restaurant’s exquisite setting assure you and your family a joyful Easter Celebration.
Arrive early to stroll our blooming spring garden before you enjoy a fabulous meal.

Easter Brunch – 11am, 12pm, 1pm and 2pm

Three-Day Cooking Classes

2020 Fall Session

Join us for the Fall 3-day Cooking Class in Erna’s kitchen!  You will begin each day at 9am with instruction from the Chef and Team – 8-hours of instruction followed by lunch served at 1:00 pm then it’s back to the kitchen for the final preparations of evening’s dinner.  Upon your arrival in the morning Chef will provide crisp Chefs coats, daily menu, recipes and a briefing of the day.  The final day Cooking Class will conclude with a wine seminar taught by the Wine Director, Brandon Weseman.

Wednesday through Friday
Fall Session: November 4th, 5th and 6th

Tuition – $1,475 per person
Inclusive of three FULL days of hands-on cooking instruction, wine seminar, daily recipe books, lunch and dinner.

Optional ONE-DAY cooking class during the 2019 Fall session – $525 per person
inclusive of hands-on cooking instruction, wine seminar (if third day is selected), daily recipe book and lunch.
