Join us for the Fall 3-day Cooking Class in Erna’s kitchen! You will begin each day at 9am with instruction from Executive Chef Robert Snyder and Team – 8-hours of instruction followed by lunch served at 1:00 pm then it’s back to the kitchen for the final preparations of evening’s dinner. Upon your arrival in the morning Chef will provide crisp Chefs coats, daily recipes including the menu and directions. On your final day the afternoon will conclude with a wine seminar taught by Sommeliers, Brandon Weseman and Jonathan Rosenson.
